GTA 6 PC requirements: what is officially established?
Check the current evidence for GTA VI PC specifications and understand why predicted CPU, GPU, RAM and storage figures are not official system requirements.

We could not verify official minimum or recommended PC requirements for Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA VI) in the sources checked on October 2, 2026. Rockstar’s platform information identifies PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, without providing a PC specification sheet.
This guide therefore assigns no processor, graphics card, RAM amount or release date to a PC version. Not verifying a PC announcement is not proof that one can never happen.
What would answer “Can my PC run it?”
A useful answer needs official specifications and a performance target. “Recommended” without a resolution, settings or frame-rate target leaves the comparison incomplete.

Why console hardware is not a PC requirements list
A console announcement cannot turn that machine’s components into official Windows requirements. Assessing a particular PC needs information about that version, followed by tests under comparable conditions.
The size of a setting cannot, on its own, determine memory or storage requirements either. Our guide to Leonida’s identified locations explains the announced setting, but cannot be used to calculate a hardware specification.
Spotting a prediction presented as a specification
Check whether the table links to a Rockstar publication that explicitly names GTA VI for PC. GTA V specifications, an estimate based on another game or an alleged leak do not meet that standard.
We make no hardware purchase recommendation and certify no laptop or handheld compatibility. When sufficient evidence exists, requirements must still be distinguished from measured results: meeting a minimum does not promise every combination of resolution and image quality.
